Mini Business, Big Ambition

A few weeks ago we supported a new start up baby scan clinic called ‘Mini Me 4D’ create and launch their brand new website and service booking & payment system.

As they gear up to their official launch in August, we look back at the areas where we provided our ELEV8 service to help them set up for success on day 1.

Website Development

Business owner Lauren, knew she needed a strong online presence to help attract and capitalise on the huge population of Scotland’s central belt - knowing a social media presence alone won’t reach the audience and potential customer base they desired.

At our consultation, we spoke about the benefits of a website, to help stamp her brand and facilitate a means for customers to book (and pay) for services. But we also focused on the reach Google has, and in particular effective Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to hit a wider and more diverse audience - don’t be fooled in today’s market, Facebook doesn’t provide all the answers…and not everyone is ‘on it’!

So we designed a plan to build a website, based upon Lauren’s ideas and ELEV8’s creative influence to complete stage 1. We call it ‘the hook’ - the opportunity to provide the potential customer with an overwhelming feeling of “this is the business for me”.

During completion, Lauren was also finalising her business plan to help obtain some funding. Whilst the majority of the plan was actually in very good shape, there were some gaps in relation to longer term strategy (financial goals, estimated customer base and marketing approach) that we were able to help with. As a business owner, it can be difficult to see the wood for the trees, and having an independent / impartial set of eyes who care about your business is invaluable.

As they gear up to their official launch less than one month away, we’re super confident…and so are they…that they have everything in place to make their business a success.
